Return and Exchange Policy

 

 We really hope that you’re happy with your purchase!

If you should change your mind, and wish to return anything that you have bought from 

SL TRADING LLC will be happy to exchange a product providing

 

  •         RETURN/EXCHANGE can only be made within 14 days from date of delivery

  •         Items must be returned in their original packaging/condition

  •         Items must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels

  •         Items must  be returned along with the original sales receipt

 

How to Return an Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.   All returned items will be inspected by our team
 

1.       Please email us at sales@sltradingllc.com to request and exchange along with the reason for the return/exchange. 

2.       A return reference number will be generated and issued

3.       Mail your returned items to:

4.       Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason with the return reference number and original receipt.  Please note to make a copy of your original receipt for your reference.

5.       All returned items will be inspected and once all the return and exchange policy have been met, we will process your refund or exchange and we will send you an email.

6.       If the returned items does not meet our return and exchange policy, we will contact you and will return the parcel to you

 

Items are not eligible for return:

 

   1.     Any items that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing tags that is not due to our error.

   2.     Items sent back without a return reference number

   3.     Any item returned after 14 days of delivery

 

Sales items:

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded.  Sale items or items under Specials on our online shop are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

Shipping:

  •         You are responsible for any cost, i.e. shipping cost, associated with returning the items to us

  •         Please consider sending the items using shipping service with tracking system to avoid losing the items.  We will not be liable for any lost/misplaced items during shipping of returned items

  •         Shipping cost are not refundable

 

Refunds (manufacturer defect only):

  •          Only items with manufacturers defect will be refunded. 

  •          The purchase price (excluding the delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
